At Barbie Gold, we are committed to delivering your gold products safely, securely, and on time to any location across Nigeria.
1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframe
  • Lagos (within state): 1 - 2 business days
  • Other states (nationwide): 2 - 5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5 - 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics partner delays.

3. Delivery Process

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation from our team within 24 hours
  • Your gold product will be carefully packaged and sealed for secure delivery
  • A tracking update will be sent to your phone number via WhatsApp
  • Our delivery agent will contact you before arriving at your address
4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated to you via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. Delivery fees are separate from the product price.

5. Secure Packaging

All gold products are packaged in tamper-proof, discreet packaging to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your purchase during transit.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule. A re-delivery fee may apply.
